Brian LeMay
Brian is a seasoned expert with a proven track record of over four decades in the HVAC and Plumbing industries. With an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service, he established Mechanical Construction Services more than 25 years ago.
Brian’s vision was to create a company that would not only deliver outstanding results to clients but also treat subcontractors and customers with integrity and honesty. Moreover, he wanted to cultivate a workplace culture that would foster employee satisfaction and create a positive and motivating work environment.
Today, MCS remains a top-tier provider of HVAC and Plumbing services, known for its unparalleled expertise, exceptional service, and commitment to excellence.
Michael J. Gervino
Michael has emerged from semi-retirement to assume the helm of MCS. As a former successful executive, his strengths lie in the financial and management arena. It is in these areas that he will lead MCS during his tenure.
Michael is committed to providing the same level of service excellence that MCS’ customers have been accustomed to in the past. He is also dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees.

Dennis Bruce
Dennis is responsible for service operations, management, maintenance plan development, and project development at MCS.
He brings 35 years of experience to MCS. Dennis’ ability to utilize his service expertise, marshall the appropriate forces and make it all work under pressure has allowed him to make the “impossible”, possible—service call after service call.

Nate Durand
Nate has over 15 years of construction experience, more than 10 of which have been in the commercial plumbing and HVAC industry. Starting as an apprentice with MCS in 2012, he has a breadth of hands-on experience that has shaped his management style.
Nate has recently returned to MCS after spending 3 years managing large scale HVAC projects in Boston. He has excelled in managing projects of all sizes, from smaller commercial renovations to some of the largest construction projects in New England.

Michael Eaton Jr.
Michael has been employed by MCS for over 20 years, currently working as a Project Manager and Service Sales Representative for the past two years. He is licensed as a Sheet Metal Journeyperson and Refrigeration Technician in Massachusetts, and as an Unrestricted Gasfitter in New Hampshire.
Personally, Michael has a passion for customer service, construction, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. During his employment at MCS, he also served for six years in the US Army National Guard and was honorably discharged in 2012, earning Veteran’s status.
Matt Cannistraro
Matt brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to our team as a mechanical professional. With his vast knowledge and skills, he is responsible for estimating and managing mechanical and HVAC construction projects, as well as plumbing projects.
He holds a Mass licensed Sheet Metal Journeyman certification, showcasing his proficiency in sheet metal installations, and an EPA certification, demonstrating his commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
Matt’s diverse knowledge and certifications make him an essential asset to our construction project teams.
Cheryl Russell
Cheryl’s extensive administrative experience and skills make her a valuable member of our team. As an adept estimator and coordinator, she plays a key role in supporting project management. Additionally, her organizational skills and ability to facilitate daily office operations have been crucial in ensuring a productive work environment.
Cheryl’s personable nature and attention to detail have made her a valuable asset to MCS, and we look forward to her continued contributions to our team.
Annmarie Strong
Annmarie joined the MCS team in 2012 with vast accounting experience in the general construction and distribution industries. She earned her degree in Accounting at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH.
The integrity and professionalism she brings to her role on a daily basis is an added value to the efforts of her peers here at MCS and contributes to the success of MCS as a whole.
Cheryl Williams
Since joining MCS in 2016, Cheryl has utilized her many years of administrative experience and strong organizational skills to support our Accounting and Human Resources departments.
She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Merrimack College and has worked in various industries including restaurant, medical, publishing and construction.
Kathy Miccile
Kathy is responsible for the daily management of our service department and dispatching service technicians. She also manages the Project Manager’s schedule, verifies purchase orders, and handles invoicing.
Kathy’s project management expertise and exceptional communication and organizational skills are critical to our service department and project management team’s smooth operation.
Lisa Zimmerle
Lisa is an experienced administrative professional with over 15 years of expertise in customer service. She plays a critical role in providing administrative support to our service department and overseeing general office operations.
Her contributions ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Her commitment to building strong relationships with clients also contributes to the ongoing success of MCS.
